We are teaching earthworm composting 101 in collaboration with Massachusetts Audubon. We build earthworm terrariums to upcycle materials commonly found at home and the neighborhood. By giving plastic buckets a second life and returning peat, coffee grounds and eggshells to mother earth we are doing our part to Capture Carbon.
Immunologists have clear data indicating that inflammation drives many lifestyle diseases. The great news is that anyone at any age or health condition can do Tai Chi. The gentle motions improve neuroplasticity and reduce chronic inflammation. We are teaching Tai Chi for Arthritis at senior centers to improve health, vitality, balance and prevent falls.
We are making soap from sensible and sustainable materials gathered from farming and agroforestry activities. The materials are sourced from places dedicated to capturing carbon in the soil in the form of long lasting biopolymers and a biodiverse soil ecosystem. The richness of the soil reflects and supports an abundance of living beings above ground, including food for humans.
